Polarization amplification by spin-doping in nanomagnetic/graphene hybrid systems

چکیده

The generation of nonequilibrium electron spin polarization, transport, and detection are fundamental in many quantum devices. We demonstrate that a lattice magnetic nanodots enhances the polarization monolayer graphene via carrier exchange. probed through resistively detected variant resonance observed amplification mediated by presence nanodots. Each nanodot locally injects surplus spin-polarized carriers into graphene, ensemble all hot spots generates layer at macroscopic lengths. This occurs whenever interdot distance is comparable or smaller than diffusion length.
